Using this website
This website is informational and call-only. It describes the plumbing services dispatched by Shafter Express Plumbing from 1160 Lerdo Hwy, Shafter, CA 93263, and it does not take bookings, payments or messages. Using the site means you accept these terms.
If you disagree with any part, please stop using the site. You can still phone the 24/7 line to ask what applies to your situation.
Guides are general information
The plumbing guides and service pages are written for general education. Homes differ, and no page can see your pipes, your water heater or your local rules. Nothing here replaces the judgment of a licensed plumber who has inspected the problem.
Do not rely on a page for gas, electrical or structural safety decisions. If you smell gas, leave and call SoCalGas or 911 from a safe place. For permits, ask the City of Shafter Building and Safety Division whether a job needs one.
Talk to a dispatcher now
The line is open 24/7.
Phone quotes and licensed work
Prices are quoted by phone and confirmed before work starts. The site shows no price list, because the cost depends on access, parts and the hour. A quote given on the call is based on what you describe, and the plumber may revise it only after explaining what was found.
Work is performed by licensed plumbers. You can verify any California contractor on the CSLB Check A License page. Availability depends on schedule and conditions, and we do not guarantee a specific arrival time or that every request can be served.
Call recording and privacy
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Our privacy policy explains what we receive on a call and how it is used.
You agree not to use the phone line for pranks, harassment or false emergency reports, because those tie up a line that other households rely on at night.
Links, liability and updates
Some pages mention outside sources such as government sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.
The site is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for decisions made from general information on these pages. We may change these terms at any time, and the current version is the one on this page. Questions can go to the contact page.
